1.Product Introduction Mineral Screening Machine

This high-capacity, heavy-duty inclined vibrating screen is a robust classification solution designed for the most demanding mining and quarrying environments. Engineered for maximum throughput and structural integrity, it operates at a precise downward slope to leverage both gravity and high-frequency circular vibration for rapid material stratification. This series is specifically built to handle large-scale feed sizes and abrasive ores while maintaining continuous 24/7 operational stability.


2.Application Mineral Screening Machine

  • Large-Scale Mining: Primary and secondary screening of iron ore, copper, gold, and other metallic ores.

  • Quarrying & Aggregates: High-volume grading of crushed stone, gravel, and sand for construction infrastructure.

  • Coal Preparation: Efficient desliming and sizing within coal wash plants.

  • Recycling & Demolition: Processing of heavy construction waste and reclaimed asphalt.


3.Working Principle Mineral Screening Machine

  • Gravity-Assisted Flow: The screen box is installed at an incline (typically 15°–20°), allowing gravity to accelerate material travel across the decks.

  • Circular Vibration Motion: A centrally mounted eccentric shaft or vibrator creates a consistent circular throw. This motion constantly turns the material, ensuring that fine particles reach the screen surface faster.

  • Stratification & Separation: As the material bed moves downward, the "throw" causes smaller particles to migrate through the gaps of the coarse top layer and pass through the mesh apertures.
