1.Product Introduction

Impact crushers, also known as impact rock crushers, are industrial equipment that crush materials through impact force. 3.Working Principle

The working principle of an impact crusher is based on high-speed impact. After entering the crushing chamber, materials are violently struck by hammers (or impact plates) on the high-speed rotating rotor and thrown toward the impact plate. The materials repeatedly collide and rebound between the hammers and the impact plate while also colliding with each other, gradually being crushed to the desired particle size.
The final particle size can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor support. The equipment is typically equipped with a self-weight safety device that automatically discharges non-crushable objects to protect the machine.
